The traditional ashram, the yogic diet, pure cow’s milk from our own ashram and a scheduled Yoga and meditation routine are a few aspects of our Yoga retreat that enhance your experience.

The ashram has Yoga hall, open garden, terrace for Yoga and meditation practise. An abode of divine peace and tranquility the ashram serves as a great place place of learning and meditation.

The ashram offers three Yoga and meditation retreats, 7 days Yoga Retreat, 15 Days Yoga and Meditation retreat and a special 15 day meditation and mantra chanting retreat for spiritual enthusiasts who are more inclined towards spiritual development.

These retreats are designed for people with no or little exposure to Yoga and the vedic methods of spirituality. The retreats offer a step by step approach into Yoga and meditation and helps you perfect a Yoga routine that you can practise everyday even after finishing the retreat. All you need is a Yoga mat for your daily dose of physical and mental wellbeing.

The 7 and 15 day retreats are designed for holistic development of the Yogis and the Yogis can further extend the retreat to a duration suitable for them.
