Our Planet Our Health – World Health Day.
World Health Day is celebrated on 7th of April every year since 1948. This year we are celebrating the day as “Our Planet Our Health”.
Our good health is the ultimate wealth and key to happy life and it is directly related to our atmosphere and surroundings . By regular practice of meditation and yoga one can dial back both physical and mental problems.
By improving mindfulness, simultaneously helps to boost compassion, gratitude, and “flow” states, all of which contribute to greater happiness.
But there’s more, a regular yoga practice appears to correlate with increased wellbeing, including better sleep, better body awareness, weight loss, and greater happiness.
We can make our planet a better place by everyone pledging to plant a tree every year.
